To introduce us to the latest feather in their cap, we were invited to the Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk Oreo launch by Mondelez India where Chef Michael Swamy taught us some innovative desserts we could make using the delicious Silk Oreo. The innovative launch was a lot of fun where not only did we watch Chef Michael create some unconventional desserts but also had a lot of fun creating some treats with the lovely Team of FBAI.
Now many wonder how the crunch of Oreo manages to stay the same despite being surrounded by the silky chocolate. Well, Mondelez leaves no stone unturned when it comes to ensuring their audience is surprised and hence uses the latest technology while making each bar. Even the Vanilla cream inside the chocolate is different from that of the Oreo biscuit. It’s an in-house recipe they use to ensure a more creamier & crunchy experience for every one of their consumers
